Aagam Capital has published its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 in two newspapers (Active Time and Pratahkal) on 15 February 2026, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. The company reported a net loss of Rs 4.06 lakh in Q3 FY26, widening from Rs 3.45 lakh in Q2 FY26 and Rs 3.63 lakh in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, the loss deepened to Rs 10.97 lakh versus Rs 8.77 lakh a year ago. Total revenue stood at Rs 0.51 lakh in Q3 (vs Rs 0.64 lakh in Q2) and Rs 1.81 lakh for 9M FY26 (vs Rs 2.30 lakh prior year). EPS was Rs (0.22) for 9M FY26 vs Rs (0.18) for 9M FY25. Equity share capital remains at Rs 500 lakh and no dividend was declared.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure — no new information beyond the already-filed results. The widening quarterly and year-on-date losses along with declining revenue suggest ongoing operational weakness for this small NBFC. Shareholders should note continued underperformance but with limited balance-sheet scale.
