C & C Constructions Limited has published its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 in Financial Express (English), Dainik Action India (Hindi), and Aryan Age (English), as required under SEBI Regulation 47. For Q1 FY26, the company reported total income from operations of ₹3,499 Million, against a full-year FY25 figure of ₹9,087 Million. It swung to a net loss of ₹47 Million (before and after tax) in Q1 FY26, compared to a profit of ₹3,841 Million in Q4 FY25. Basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹(0.08) and ₹(0.06) respectively. The results were approved by the Board on August 11, 2025, after Audit Committee review. The company noted that prior period (Q1 FY25) figures could not be published because the company was undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation during that period, under the newly reconstituted Board.
Shareholders should note the sharp swing from profit to loss and the sharp drop in quarterly revenue versus the prior year full-year base. The absence of comparable prior-quarter figures and reference to a recent CIRP/liquidation phase suggest the company is in an early recovery stage, which may keep the stock volatile until normalized operations and clearer financial trends emerge.
