Nexome Capital Markets Limited's board has allotted 19,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each following the exercise of conversion rights by warrant holders. The conversion involved warrants originally issued at Rs. 64 per share, with 25% (Rs. 16) paid at subscription and the remaining 75% (Rs. 48) paid now, totaling Rs. 9,21,60,000 received by the company. Five allottees participated: promoter Mr. Utsav Parekh received 3,88,000 shares, while non-promoter entities Panchganga Advisors, Monet Securities, FORBES EMF, and Chivas Trading received 3,85,000, 3,85,000, 3,82,000, and 3,80,000 shares respectively. The company's paid-up equity capital has increased to Rs. 10,73,55,000 comprising 1,07,35,500 fully paid-up shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and are subject to lock-in as per SEBI ICDR regulations.
Share capital dilution of approximately 17.9% from the warrant conversion, with potential minor impact on earnings per share for existing shareholders. The lock-in period may limit immediate selling pressure from new allottees.
