Nexus Select Trust, through its manager Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited, has allotted 3,000 listed, rated, redeemable, rupee-denominated commercial papers (CPs) on a private placement basis. The aggregate principal amount is INR 1,500 million (₹150 crore), with each CP carrying a face value of INR 5 lakh. The CPs have a tenure of 91 days from August 11, 2025, maturing on November 10, 2025, and were issued at a discount rate of 5.89% per annum. The instruments are in dematerialised form and will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE. This allotment is within the borrowing limits of INR 1,000 million and INR 5,000 million approved earlier.
This is a routine short-term debt raise of ₹150 crore at a competitive market rate, reflecting normal treasury and liquidity management by the trust. It does not involve any equity dilution and is unlikely to have a material impact on unit price or unitholder value.
