Nexus Select Trust submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published in the Economic Times and Financial Express on May 14, 2025, containing its audited results for Q4 FY25 and FY25. Revenue from operations rose to ₹22,828.93 million in FY25 from ₹19,163.78 million in FY24. The Board declared a Q4 distribution of ₹2.00 per unit (₹3,030 million), taking cumulative FY25 distribution to ₹8.350 per unit (₹12,650.25 million) at a 100% payout ratio. FY26 distribution has been guided at ₹9.10–9.20 per unit, implying about 10% YoY growth. The Trust acquired two new assets (Nexus Vega City and MBD Complex) in the last three months, and Q4 retail NOI grew 8% YoY. NAV improved to ₹151.83 per unit from ₹147.04.
Positive for unitholders — a ~10% YoY distribution growth guidance and consistent 100% payout signal healthy cash generation, while recent acquisitions should support future NOI growth, though integration may pressure near-term margins.
