Nexus Surgical and Medicare's Board approved its unaudited quarterly results for Q2 FY26 and the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 116.58 lakh in Q2 (vs Rs 99.49 lakh a year ago, up ~17%) and Rs 289.11 lakh for H1 FY26 (vs Rs 275.52 lakh, up ~5%). However, Q2 profit after tax slipped to Rs 17.37 lakh from Rs 20.56 lakh, though H1 PAT improved to Rs 32.61 lakh from Rs 29.56 lakh. EPS for H1 stood at Rs 0.60 (vs Rs 0.54). The auditor's limited review report is clean and unmodified, and no shareholder complaints were received during the quarter.
Mixed picture for shareholders: top-line is growing modestly, but reserves remain deeply negative at Rs -408.21 lakh (sign of accumulated losses) and operating cash flow for H1 was a negative Rs 16.46 lakh, with cash on hand halving to Rs 16.66 lakh. These raise concerns about long-term financial health despite the small profit growth.
