NIBE Limited has signed a Technical Collaboration Agreement (TCA) with Elbit Systems Land Limited, a leading Israel-based global defence technology company, on July 26, 2025. Under the deal, Elbit will transfer the know-how and license to NIBE to design, develop, manufacture and assemble the Precise & Universal Launch System (PULS), including artillery rocket systems capable of precision strikes up to 300 km range in India. The financial consideration for the collaboration will be finalised within 45 days of signing. The transaction is not a related-party deal and NIBE will undertake the manufacturing, assembly and integration of these advanced rocket systems domestically.
This is a significant strategic move for NIBE into advanced defence manufacturing, giving it access to high-end Israeli rocket and artillery technology for the Indian market.
