NIBE Limited's subsidiary, Nibe Defence and Aerospace Limited (NDAL), has completed the sale of 15,20,000 equity shares in Nibe Aeronautics Limited (NAL) to Mr. Ganesh Nibe. The share transfer was executed on April 9, 2026, following an earlier agreement dated March 30, 2026. With this transaction, NAL has ceased to be a subsidiary of NDAL and also ceases to be a step-down subsidiary of NIBE Limited.
