NIBE Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM through video conferencing. The company has fixed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 as the cut-off date to determine which shareholders are eligible to vote in the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24, 2025 to September 30, 2025 for AGM purposes and for payment of dividend for FY 2024-25, if declared. Remote e-voting will be open from September 27, 2025 (9:00 AM) to September 29, 2025 (5:00 PM) through NSDL. Any dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of the AGM, subject to tax deduction at source.
Investors who hold NIBE shares as of the record date (September 23, 2025) will be eligible to vote at the AGM and receive the FY25 dividend, if approved. The share register will be locked during the book closure period, so no share transfers will be processed between September 24 and September 30.
