NIBE Limited has fixed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the dividend for FY 2024-25, if declared at the upcoming AGM. The company's 20th Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM via video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24 to September 30, 2025 (both days inclusive). If the dividend is approved at the AGM, it will be paid within 30 days of the meeting, subject to tax deduction at source.
