44th AGM: All 7 resolutions passed with near 100% approval

Nidhi Granites held its 44th AGM on 22 July 2026 via video conferencing. 91.21 percent of outstanding shares (7,296,818 out of 8,000,000) participated through e-voting. All 7 resolutions passed with around 99.99 to 100 percent approval. Key items included adoption of audited FY26 financial statements, re-appointment of director Mrs Shreya Pandya, re-appointment of statutory auditors Jogin Raval and Associates for 5 years, re-appointment of independent directors Amit Sinkar and Amit Patankar, re-appointment of Darpan Shah as Managing Director, and appointment of Dholakia and Associates LLP as secretarial auditors.
