Nifty 50, Sensex prediction today: Check how Indian stock market is expected to trade on 3 July

Indian benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty 50 are expected to open higher on Friday, with Gift Nifty trading around 24,416, about 151 points above the previous close. On Thursday, Sensex surged 579.48 points (0.75%) to close at 77,502.12 while Nifty 50 settled 169.85 points (0.71%) higher at 24,175.70. Technical analysts see Nifty 50 support at 24,000 and a breakout above 24,200-24,250 could target 24,500-24,600, while Bank Nifty faces resistance at 58,400-58,500 with support at 57,500-57,600. India VIX declined 8% to near 12, reflecting easing volatility.
