NIIT Limited reported FY25 revenue of INR3,576 million, up 18% year-on-year, marking a turnaround from the 11% decline seen in FY24. Q4 revenue came in at INR863 million, up 16% year-on-year but down 12% sequentially — the fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit year-on-year growth. Full-year profit after tax rose 20% to INR461 million, with EPS of INR3.4 versus INR2.9 in FY24, and the company ended the year with INR7,580 million in cash. The company completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in iamneo EdTech in April 2025 for an initial INR613 million, with the total deal value capped at around INR160 crores for full ownership, targeting growth, margin and EPS accretion from year one. Management guided FY26 revenue growth of over 25% and a steady-state EBITDA margin of 15–20%. The Board recommended a dividend of INR1 per share for FY25.
Positive for shareholders — the revenue turnaround, acquisition accretion, and clear margin targets signal confidence, though management flagged near-term macro volatility and said the company will remain in an investment cycle for a few more quarters.
