Nikki Global Finance Ltd submitted its 39th Annual Report ahead of the AGM scheduled for September 11, 2025, in New Delhi. Total income for FY24-25 rose sharply to Rs. 14.41 lakh from just Rs. 1,620 in FY23-24, though total expenses also increased to Rs. 17.79 lakh from Rs. 14.83 lakh. The company narrowed its loss after tax to Rs. 3.38 lakh from Rs. 14.62 lakh, with EPS improving to Rs. (0.10) from Rs. (0.43). No dividend was recommended and there was no change in share capital. Several board changes occurred during the year, including the resignation of a director and CFO, and the appointment of new officials. Shareholders will vote on four resolutions, including adopting financials, re-appointing Mr. Shashwat Agarwal, regularizing Ms. Sushila Aggarwal as Independent Director, and appointing V. Agnihotri & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY25-26 to FY29-30).
The company remains loss-making but showed clear improvement in reducing losses and reviving income, which is a positive operational signal. Shareholders get no dividend this year, and the AGM agenda is largely routine with no major corporate actions expected to move the stock significantly.
