Nila Spaces has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders about a SEBI special window for re-lodging transfer requests of physical shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019 that were rejected due to document deficiencies. Eligible shareholders must submit original transfer documents with corrected or missing details to the RTA, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited in Ahmedabad, by 4 February 2027. Re-lodged shares will be issued only in demat form. Helpline numbers and email addresses have been provided for shareholder queries.
