Nila Spaces Ltd has completed a postal ballot for approving material related party transactions for FY 2026-27. Six ordinary resolutions were passed - five involving group entities (Nila Urban Living, Romanovia Industrial Park, Kent Residential & Industrial Park LLP, Nila Infrastructures, and Plouton Sanctum) and one with director Mr. Deep S. Vadodaria. All resolutions passed with overwhelming shareholder approval ranging from 92.31% to 97.44% in favour. Notably, the Promoter and Promoter Group abstained from voting on all resolutions (0 votes cast), and Public Institutions also did not participate. Only Public Non-Institutions voted, with voter turnout at just 0.25% of total outstanding shares. The scrutinizer confirmed all resolutions stand passed with requisite majority.
All related party transactions for FY 2026-27 have been approved by minority shareholders. The lack of promoter voting and low turnout means the company's associated party transactions will proceed as planned for the upcoming financial year.
