Trading Window Closure from July 1 Ahead of Q1 Results

Nilkamal Limited has informed exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. During this period, directors, promoters, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives cannot trade in the company's shares. The date of the board meeting to consider Q1 results will be announced separately.
