Nippon Life India AMC's Allotment Committee approved allotment of 5,15,730 equity shares (face value Rs 10) on June 22, 2026 under three employee benefit schemes: ESOP 2019 (3,83,779 shares at grant prices of Rs 223.32 and Rs 372.71), ESOP 2023 (82,719 shares at Rs 499.76 and Rs 577.79), and PSU 2023 (49,232 shares at Rs 10). Total amount received is about Rs 15.12 crore. Paid-up equity capital rose to 63,92,95,897 shares from 63,87,80,167 shares. New shares rank equally with existing shares.
