Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited's Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 1,73,481 equity shares of Rs. 10 face value each on May 11, 2026. The shares were allotted under three employee stock option programs: NAM INDIA ESOP 2019 (1,33,690 shares at prices ranging from Rs. 223.32 to Rs. 372.71), NAM INDIA ESOP 2023 (26,408 shares at Rs. 499.76 and Rs. 577.79), and NAM INDIA PSU 2023 (13,383 shares at Rs. 10 each).
