The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Lalit Shailesh Daga HUF

Lalit Raghav Daga HUF, a promoter group entity of Nirav Commercials Ltd, has disclosed an off-market inter-se transfer of 17,500 equity shares (4.46% of paid-up capital) to Raghav Daga, one of the coparceners of the HUF, on 18 July 2025. After this transfer, the HUF's holding in the company drops from 4.46% to nil, while Raghav Daga's holding rises from nil to 4.46%. The company's total equity capital remains unchanged at Rs. 39,20,000 (3,92,000 shares of Rs. 10 each). Since both transferor and transferee belong to the promoter group, the aggregate promoter holding in the company stays the same — only the internal structure of the promoter family holdings has changed.
