Nirlon Ltd reported audited FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 63,607.48 lakhs, up about 5.5% from Rs 60,311.98 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax rose to Rs 21,818.85 lakhs vs Rs 20,555.62 lakhs, while EPS improved to Rs 24.21 from Rs 22.81. For Q4 FY25 alone, revenue was Rs 15,802.46 lakhs with PAT of Rs 5,354.26 lakhs, slightly below Q3 FY25 PAT of Rs 5,829.76 lakhs. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 11 per share for FY25, on top of the Rs 15 interim dividend already paid in February 2025 (total Rs 26 per share). Cash and equivalents nearly tripled to Rs 16,391.42 lakhs, supported by strong operating cash flow of Rs 48,008.61 lakhs (vs Rs 42,476.26 lakhs). Depreciation was marginally lower due to a revision in the useful life of buildings from 60 to 75 years.
Steady revenue and profit growth combined with a healthy total dividend of Rs 26/share signals consistent shareholder returns. Improved cash position strengthens balance sheet flexibility, though large borrowings of Rs 1,14,638 lakhs remain a key monitorable.
