Nirlon Ltd has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Navakal (Marathi) newspapers, as required by SEBI listing rules. Total income rose to Rs 16,704.73 lakhs from Rs 15,789.30 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 5.8%. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 16,299.60 lakhs (up from Rs 15,650.65 lakhs YoY), while profit after tax jumped 17.2% to Rs 5,840.75 lakhs from Rs 4,983.20 lakhs. Earnings per share stood at Rs 6.48 versus Rs 5.53 in Q1 FY25. The company continues to operate as a single segment business focused on licensing of investment properties and is still evaluating a shift to the new tax regime.
Strong YoY profit growth of over 17% on modest revenue growth suggests improved margins and lower finance costs, which is positive for shareholders. The EPS improvement to Rs 6.48 reflects healthy operational performance for the quarter.
