Nisus Finance Services (NiFCO), India's first listed AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) manager focused on urban infrastructure and real estate, shared a detailed company factbook on BSE. For Q1 FY26, it reported its best-ever quarterly performance with total income of Rs 28.72 Cr (up 91.4% YoY), EBITDA of Rs 21.69 Cr at a 75.5% margin, and profit after tax of Rs 16.85 Cr (up 103.4% YoY). Total AUM stood at Rs 1,572 Cr as of FY25, growing 55% YoY, split between India (Rs 1,117 Cr) and Dubai (Rs 455 Cr). Key strategic milestones include a Rs 110 Cr IPO that was 192% oversubscribed, USD 68 Mn Dubai financing, an MoU with Toyow to tokenize up to USD 500 Mn in real estate assets, and a 69% stake acquisition in NCCCL. The company has set a target of Rs 4,000 Cr AUM and Rs 120-140 Cr total income by FY26.
Strong quarterly results with PAT more than doubling YoY and industry-leading margins (48.4% in FY25) highlight robust growth momentum. The ambitious AUM scaling target to Rs 4,000 Cr and cross-border expansion into Dubai could drive sustained revenue growth, making this a positive update for shareholders.
