Nitin Spinners delivered its highest ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 859.79 Crores in Q4FY26, up 7.38% QoQ. Full-year FY26 revenue stood at Rs. 3,214 Crores (down 2.78% YoY). EBITDA for Q4FY26 was Rs. 130.40 Crores with margin improving to 15.17% (124 bps QoQ), driven by higher yarn realizations and cost efficiency. PAT for Q4 was Rs. 57.36 Crores, up 29.16% QoQ. The company announced a Rs. 1,120 Crores capex plan for FY27, including spinning capacity expansion of 22,400 MTPA (+20%) and weaving capacity of 35 Mn metres (+88%). About 60% of the new spinning capacity will be used in-house for fabric manufacturing to improve margin profile. The company also plans to add 69 MW of solar capacity and is expanding into premium and value-added products to capture higher-margin opportunities.
The Q4 beat and margin improvement signal operational strength. The large FY27 capex plan (~Rs. 1,120 Cr) will drive growth but increase near-term debt. The strategic shift toward in-house fabric manufacturing and value-added products is a clear positive for long-term margin expansion.
