Nitin Spinners reported its highest ever quarterly revenue of INR 859.8 crores in Q4 FY '26, up 2.2% YoY, driven by improved demand and yarn prices. EBITDA margin expanded to 15.17% from 13.93% in Q3, a 124 basis points improvement due to operational efficiency and cost savings. Full year FY '26 revenue stood at INR 3,213.9 crores with EBITDA of INR 452.8 crores. Yarn spreads have improved from INR 110/kg to INR 120-125/kg, which management expects to sustain given reduced industry capacity and improving demand. The company is expanding spinning capacity to 130,000 tons and fabric capacity to 75 million meters, with commercialization expected in H2 FY '27. Renewable power capacity is nearing 100 MW, expected to generate INR 50 crores annual savings. Management guided FY '27 EBITDA margin to be in the 16-20% range.
The company's highest ever quarterly performance with margin expansion signals improving fundamentals. Management's explicit guidance of 16-20% EBITDA margin for FY '27 and ongoing capex to increase value-added products positions the company for improved profitability. However, external risks from geopolitical tensions and raw material price volatility remain monitorable.
