Niva Bupa Health Insurance has appointed Mr. Milind Gajanan Barve as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board with effect from June 26, 2025. The appointment is for a period of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Barve is a Chartered Accountant and the former Managing Director of HDFC Asset Management Company, where he served for over two decades before retiring in February 2021. He is not related to any existing Directors and has not been debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding a directorship.
