Niyogin Fintech reported a strong Q1FY26 with consolidated net revenue of ₹24.2 Cr (up 9% QoQ, 116% YoY) and EBITDA of ₹2.3 Cr (up 360% QoQ from ₹0.5 Cr), marking four straight quarters of positive EBITDA. Both core businesses — iServeU and the NBFC — turned PBT-positive together for the first time. iServeU's outstanding order book surged to ~₹585 Cr across 31 contracts (from ~₹400 Cr / 20 contracts last quarter), with revenue at ₹15.3 Cr (12% QoQ, 168% YoY). The NBFC arm saw AUM grow 15% QoQ to ₹320.3 Cr, gross disbursements hit a record ₹160 Cr, and PBT (ex-ESOP) turned positive at ₹1.0 Cr. Asset quality remained strong with NNPA at 0.6%, and nearly 50% of loans now operate under the daily-repayment (EDI) model.
Shares may react positively as the company beat its own Q1 guidance across all metrics and gave a confident FY26 outlook — iServeU revenue guided at ₹70-80 Cr (nearly 2x growth) and NBFC PBT at ₹4.5-5 Cr — signalling sustained profitability and strong order visibility.
