NLC India Limited has opened a special window for re-lodgement of physical share transfer requests that were originally lodged before 1st April 2019 but were rejected or not processed due to document deficiencies. This initiative is pursuant to a SEBI circular dated 30th January 2026. The window is open until 4th February 2027. Investors wishing to re-lodge their transfer requests must have a demat account and submit their documents along with a Client Master List (CML) and original share certificates to the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited. Any securities re-lodged during this period will only be issued in dematerialized (demat) form.
This is a routine compliance filing and does not affect the company's financial performance or operations. It is a shareholder-friendly measure to help investors whose physical share transfers were previously rejected to regularize their holdings.
