NLC India Limited has informed the exchanges about a change in its Government Nominee Director, effective April 3, 2025. The Ministry of Coal has nominated Shri Sanjiv Kumar Kassi as the new Part-time Official Director, replacing Smt. Vismita Tej. Shri Kassi is a 1992-batch Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT Allahabad and currently serves as Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Coal. He has prior experience with Bharat Electronics, BHEL, CEA, and NTPC in power generation policy and operations.
