The Ministry of Steel, Government of India has appointed Shri Ashish Chatterjee as a Government Director on the board of NMDC Steel Limited, effective 11th June 2025. He is a 1999-batch IAS officer (Tamil Nadu cadre) and currently serves as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Steel, with over 25 years of administrative experience.
