NMDC Limited has informed stock exchanges about the appointment of Shri Ashish Chatterjee as a Government Director on its board, effective June 11, 2025. He currently serves as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. Shri Abhijit Narendra, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Steel, continues as a Government Director from an earlier 2023 order.
