NOCIL Limited has published its Q3 FY26 and nine-month unaudited financial results in newspapers (Economic Times and Maharashtra Times) as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. Standalone revenue from operations came in at ₹315.84 Cr for the quarter, marginally lower than ₹320.56 Cr in Q2 FY26 and ₹318.13 Cr in Q3 FY25, while nine-month revenue declined to ₹972.62 Cr from ₹1,053.00 Cr a year ago. Standalone net profit after tax fell sharply to ₹12.20 Cr in Q3 FY26 from ₹18.51 Cr in Q3 FY25, with nine-month profit nearly halving to ₹46.04 Cr from ₹87.20 Cr. Basic EPS dropped to ₹0.73 for the quarter (vs ₹1.11 YoY) and ₹2.76 for nine months (vs ₹5.23), and the results reflect an apparent exceptional item charge of roughly ₹4.92 Cr in Q3 standalone. Consolidated profit after tax was ₹9.25 Cr for the quarter and ₹38.63 Cr for nine months, also down significantly year-on-year.
Weak Q3 with profit after tax dropping about 34% year-on-year and nine-month profit nearly halving is likely to be viewed negatively and could pressure the stock in the short term, though the publication itself is a routine regulatory disclosure and the detailed results were already approved by the Board on 11 February 2026.
