NOCIL Limited has published its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 in newspapers (Economic Times, Financial Express, and Maharashtra Times) as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. For Q2 FY26, standalone total income from operations stood at ₹320.56 crore, down from ₹362.70 crore in Q2 FY25, while standalone net profit after tax fell sharply to ₹17.26 crore from ₹41.46 crore a year ago. Consolidated PAT for the quarter was even weaker at ₹12.12 crore versus ₹42.13 crore in the year-ago period. For H1 FY26, standalone net profit came in at ₹33.84 crore (vs ₹68.69 crore in H1 FY25), with basic EPS of ₹2.03 versus ₹4.12. Results were approved by the Board on 31 October 2025.
Sharp year-on-year decline in both revenue and profit — PAT roughly halved compared to the same period last year — signals weak operating performance and is likely to be viewed negatively by investors, potentially weighing on the stock in the near term.
