Non-promoter acquires 24.80% stake in Span Divergent via preferential allotment

Non-promoter Mr. Neev Nirav Jogani has acquired 18,01,481 shares (24.80%) in Span Divergent Limited through a preferential allotment on 28th March 2026. Prior to this, he held no shares in the company. Post-acquisition, his total holding stands at 24.80% — just below the 25% open offer trigger threshold under SEBI takeover rules. The company's equity share capital expanded from 5.46 crore to 7.26 crore shares as a result of this allotment.
