Norben Tea & Exports holds 36th AGM, passes key resolutions

The 36th AGM of Norben Tea & Exports Limited was held on July 3, 2026 via video conferencing, chaired by CMD Mr. Manoj Kumar Daga. Four ordinary resolutions were passed: adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026, re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Daga as director retiring by rotation, and approval of related party transactions with Tongani Tea Company Ltd and Mangalam Products Pvt Ltd for the next 12 months. Both the statutory and secretarial auditors reports were clean with no qualifications. 15 shareholders shared views. Voting results will be announced once the scrutinizers report is ready.
