Norris Medicines reported a sharp turnaround in Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025). Quarterly revenue from operations nearly tripled to Rs. 326.66 lakhs vs Rs. 110.60 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a jump of about 195%. The company swung to a quarterly profit of Rs. 69.74 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.70) from a loss of Rs. 28.17 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue more than doubled to Rs. 672.36 lakhs vs Rs. 309.93 lakhs, and the loss narrowed sharply to Rs. 33.12 lakhs from Rs. 100.90 lakhs. The auditor (Bahedia & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. A pending criminal appeal involving a demand of Rs. 1.33 crore was resolved in the company's favour in November 2025.
Strong Q3 revenue growth and swing back to profit are positive signals for the stock, though the company is still loss-making on a year-to-date basis. The favourable court order removes a long-pending legal overhang worth Rs. 1.33 crore.
