Northern Arc Capital Limited has allotted 1,27,539 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to employees who exercised their stock options under the Northern Arc Employee Stock Option Plan 2016. The allotment was approved by the Board via a circular resolution dated July 9, 2025.
