The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 19th September 2025 at 12:30 PM IST at Kenilworth Hotel, 1&2 Little Russel Street, Kolkata 700071. Shareholders have also been requested to update their email addresses with the company or their depository participants to receive future communications.
