Intimation regarding appointment of Secretarial Auditor

Northern Spirits Ltd has informed the stock exchange that its Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Anurag Fatehpuria, a Peer Reviewed Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company. The appointment is for a term of 5 consecutive years, covering FY 2025-26 through FY 2029-30. Mr. Fatehpuria holds a Peer Review Certificate (No. 3367/2023) and CP No. 12855, and has over 10 years of experience in corporate advisory, company law, securities laws, and secretarial audits.
