Northern Spirits Ltd has submitted to BSE the newspaper cuttings from Business Standard (English) and Arthik Lipi (Bengali) where it published its unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025), in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. For Q2 FY26, total income from operations stood at ₹56,303.77 lakhs versus ₹48,791.32 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a growth of about 15% year-on-year. Profit after tax for Q2 FY26 came in at ₹759.02 lakhs, up roughly 35% from ₹560.02 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the half-year, total income rose to ₹1,09,750.11 lakhs (vs ₹94,846.88 lakhs in H1 FY25) and PAT climbed to ₹1,497.04 lakhs (vs ₹1,167.13 lakhs), an increase of about 28%. EPS for H1 FY26 stood at ₹9.33 versus ₹7.27 in H1 FY25. Results remain unaudited and were reviewed by statutory auditors.
Strong double-digit YoY growth in both revenue and profits, with profit growth notably outpacing revenue growth, signals improving margins and is mildly positive for shareholders. However, this is essentially a routine SEBI compliance filing confirming newspaper publication of already-disclosed results, so no fresh stock-moving information is being introduced.
