Not a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI framework for FY 2026-27

GCCL Infrastructure & Projects has confirmed to BSE that it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI's framework for FY 2026-27. The company meets only the listing condition; its outstanding borrowings are Rs. 2.07 crore (well below the Rs. 1,000 crore threshold) and it has no credit rating. Hence, the mandatory Initial Disclosure under the SEBI circular is not applicable.
