The scheme involves the merger of three transferor companies — GSPC, GSPL, and GSPC Energy Limited — into Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) as the Transferee Company, along with a demerger of part of the business into a new Resulting Company, GSPL Transmission Limited (GTL).
