Insilco Ltd has informed the stock exchange that the trading window for insiders will remain closed from 1st July 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. During this period, all insiders are prohibited from buying or selling the company's shares, as required under SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations. The date of the board meeting to approve the Q1 results will be announced separately. The company notes that it continues to be under voluntary liquidation since 25th June 2021.
