Hemadri Cements Ltd is already undergoing Voluntary Liquidation since 14th July 2025, with Mr. S. Rajendran appointed as Liquidator. As per IBBI regulations, when liquidation continues beyond 270 days, a meeting of contributories must be held within 15 days — this deadline was reached on 9th April 2026. The company is now calling a Contributories Meeting on 24th April 2026 at 11:30 AM via Video Conference to present a Status Report covering: settlement of stakeholder lists, asset sale status, distributions made to stakeholders, updates on material litigation, and reasons for delay in completing the process along with revised timelines.
Shareholders and contributories will receive their first formal status update on the liquidation process. The meeting will clarify how far asset disposal and creditor repayments have progressed and whether the process is nearing completion or requires additional time.
