Novus Loyalty Ltd has released its 15th Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The company reported total income of Rs 127.73 crore (up 22% from Rs 104.63 crore in FY 2024-25), with Profit Before Tax of Rs 12.31 crore (up 143%) and Net Profit of Rs 9.28 crore (up 148%). The company is engaged in loyalty program and computer/software related activities including multimedia presentation development and website maintenance. During the year, the company completed a major expansion with the issuance of 1.22 crore bonus shares (1200:1 ratio) and a 33 lakh share IPO at Rs 146 per share (including Rs 136 premium). The equity shares were listed on BSE on 25 March 2026. The board has not recommended any dividend, opting to conserve resources for growth. No deposits were accepted and no complaints were received during the year.
The company showed strong operational performance with near-doubling of profits. However, the massive 1200:1 bonus issue means EPS of 7.54 appears low compared to the previous year (3,662.83 was based on far fewer shares). The successful IPO and BSE listing mark a significant milestone, opening up the company to broader investor participation.
