NRB Bearings reported strong Q4 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of INR 372 crores (up 13% YoY) and EBITDA of INR 74 crores (19.5% margin). For full year FY26, revenue grew 11% to INR 1,335 crores while EBITDA expanded to 19.5% from 18.3% previously, with PAT surging 77% to INR 146 crores. Management attributed margin improvement to structural initiatives including solar energy adoption, automation, yield improvements, and renegotiated vendor costs. International business grew 4% in FY26 but management expects 10-14% growth in FY27. The company announced FY27 capex of INR 120 crores (plus INR 40 crores for land) for brownfield expansion, with INR 200-240 crores planned over 18 months. Industrial segment currently represents 14-15% of revenue with a target of 20-25%. The Mahant Tool acquisition is progressing with order book doubled to INR 50 crores since announcement.
Strong execution with margin expansion driven by structural efficiency improvements positions NRB well for continued growth, though near-full capacity utilization may limit near-term volume growth until brownfield expansion commissioning begins in June-July 2026.
