Mr. Devesh Singh Sahney, a promoter of NRB Industrial Bearings Limited, acquired 58,607 equity shares (0.24% of diluted share capital) from Ms. Jasmine Sahney, another promoter, via an off-market inter-se transfer at Rs. 29.89 per share on June 16, 2025.
