NRB Industrial Bearings has sent out the notice for its 14th AGM, to be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM via video conferencing. Shareholders will be asked to adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2024-25, re-appoint Mrs. Aarti Sahney as a director (retiring by rotation), and re-appoint Mr. Samrat Zaveri as Independent Director for a second 5-year term ending November 6, 2030. Three other ordinary resolutions seek approval to raise the related-party transaction limit with NRB-IBC Bearings and NIBL-Korta Engineering each from Rs. 15 crore to Rs. 25 crore, and to approve annual remuneration of up to Rs. 1 crore for Ms. Mallika Sahney (AVP-Strategy), who is a related party. The register of members will be closed from August 14 to August 20, 2025, and e-voting will run from August 17 to August 19, 2025.
