NRB Industrial Bearings promoter Mr. Devesh Singh Sahney has acquired 12,43,000 equity shares (5.13% of the company's share capital) from Mrs. Hanwantbir Kaur Trilochansingh Sahney, a fellow promoter group member and his immediate relative. The transfer was done as an off-market gift at Nil consideration on 06.06.2025. Following this transfer, Mr. Devesh Singh Sahney's holding has risen from 14.47% (35,06,736 shares) to 19.60% (47,49,736 shares), while Mrs. Hanwantbir Kaur Trilochansingh Sahney's holding has gone down from 5.13% to Nil. The transaction is exempt from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI Takeover Regulations, as it is an inter-se transfer within the promoter group.
