Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of our joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private w.e.f. 03.09.2025.

NTPC Green Energy has declared commercial operation of a 25 MW portion of a 150 MW solar project located in Bhuj, Gujarat, effective 03 September 2025. The project is held through Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, which sits under its joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private. This represents the first tranche of the larger 150 MW project moving into revenue generation. The remaining 125 MW capacity is expected to be commissioned in phases going forward.
